Losing

it's amazing how bad it feels when your happieness is just killed. I finally felt like things where okay, I had someone who cared about me and thought i was amazing not b/c they wanted in my pants but b/c thats what they really thought of me and now I don't know if I ever wanna speak to them again. not by any fault of their own, but b/c my mother has made it very clear it's a bad idea in her mind and i know i shouldnt let her stupidity inhibite my happieness, but theres just that gut renching feeling. its almost as if she wants me to be unhappy with her.....missery loves company. for some reason i want her to tell me it's all okay, that my friendship is okay. it will never be in her mind and now im scared that it's not okay. it's the first time in sooo long i've felt like things where looking up and now they've all shot to hell..again. maybe someday she'll realize im not the girl she thinks I am and that shes not trust worthy.

never let go, don't listen to dead wake, you can write about whatever you want. Just because someone doesn't think something qualifies is art doesn't make him/her right. Art is always subjective, and I thought the whole point of this website was to let people express themselves, not to restrict what they can and can't post because you don't think it qualifies, just because it doesn't meet your standard of excellence. I'm not a great artist or poet, but I try, and I put a lot of thought and effort into what I write especially.

yay whew, i was rude and then i have this foolish way about me and i didn\'t want to back down, because...well i dont know. so im glad you didn\'t take it to harsh, i just can\'t stand to see people\'s mind\'s go to waste with shitty art, practice with some stock photos and just create things..and work on it from there, i don\'t relly use DA as much of an exhibit of my art...but i like to look around. so don\'t go to my gallery for any pointers..it sucks. but yeah...mess around with things black and white, fonts, download some cool brushes, download some super cool fonts..its really more fun then just clicking and submitting.

I agree with you up to a point. Art is beatiful even in it simplist forms. It's sad there are so many people out there who cut but it's also sad that even if cutting is gross and vile in many ways, in many peoples opinions its a beautiful art. I don't post pictures because I don't know that much about photoshop or anything like that, but i'll give m it a try cause your right it would look sooo much cooler fucked up than it does now!!

mojority would comply with my thoughts. this has no feed back, there's basically nothing you can say besides the all so popular "oh my goodness, don't cut dear, it's bad for your health" fuck yeah it is...or..."this is repulsive, why even post"....add some photoshop to it, fuck it up somehow into something with talent, anyone can do this, i'll go do it right now if you want, there's nothing to it and i believe anyone who would take their time to write(like you do) shouldn't ruin themselves with mindless shit like this. you put nothing into it besides some sharp object and a body part. look around deviant art, im sure you'll fine millions more. its sad.

Art has no solid definition. Saying that something is not art is a hard comment to back up because art is not just drawing or painting. It's can be just raw emotions put on display. But thats just my opinion. I thank you for your criticism, but not everyone is going to fit into your version of what art is.
